sebaceous cysts

i have eight cysts on my head. three years ago i had one surgically removed and the hair still hasnt grown back. i read on this site about myristica which i started to take. on the first dose i felt incredible pain on one of the cysts, the same with the second and third dose. after the third dose this same cyst was softening and then burst and green puss came out, followed by a white smelly discharge. a week later it is still weeping. i am about to take my fourth dose. the other cysts have not softened at all. should i still carry on with the myristica
