13 month old keeps waking throughout the night

Hi, my 13 month old daughter is teething, she did not cut even a single tooth till now but, she is not sleeping well. she keeps waking up every 2 hrs and screams to be breastfed. its been happenning from 1 month. Iam totally exhausted of waking up often to feed her. why is she being so fussy in the nights. she is extremely active in the mornings too. she is definetly not getting enough sleep in the night. she just takes a 1 hr nap twice in the day time. her appetite has gone down a lot. she just weighs 16 pounds right now. what should i do? i gave her chamomilla but, does not seem to help. I give teething tablets and that does not keep up sleeping for a long time either. I tried karsinosin today but, did not see much of a difference. what's wrong with her. she just does not let me rest in the nights. she wants to just keep breastfeeding. please help

please wait for 48 hours and the initial aggravation should come down.

if not, we will try another remedy.
