Height Problem
Hi i am new to this forum and i have only one problem which is that my height has stop growing.So i am in great tension.Please help me and recommend me remedy which will effect immediately.

Sorry for being late i been sick mam,wel i am turning 18th on june 18th well what kind of details u want from me! i eat wel and i sleep alot now a days my exams now over so i am free to do any courses i am student of business gave exams of 12th grade so was very careless about sleeping i sleep 7 hours ateast daiy because of studies now u preffer me what shoud i do and if u need more detais please ask ok!

My height is almost 5'7 and i think i have to 5'9 well my dad is 5'7 and mom is 5'4 my brother is 5'8 and his height stop growing at 14th because of Flow.But my height didn't stop at any age it keeps gorwing till the end of last year:)! well u suggest me some treatment because u know when i entered colege i was too small my college mate make fun at me and i myself think for a good persoanlity height should also be 5'10 well thanks for reply waiting for ur answer see yeah!

As u said ur height never stopped at any age then let it grow more.Do not disturb the process.
what u can do to maintain it is important like having good & energetic food,exercise,5 phos tonic 4tabs when u feel weakness or tiredness.Watch good stuff u know what i mean.
Following all these factors will always lead u towards good height & health(inshaAllah)
