Hi,
i went to the doctor and my blood pressure is high. it runs 150/90. that is what is usually is. and it started being high after alot of stressful events in my life. i am 34 and female. i have mitral valve prolapse, anxiety, pre-diabetes, and fatigue from the mvp. i am sensitive to temperature changes, very hot in summer and very cold in winter. i am sensitive, shy, quiet.i am thin. sometimes i get angry easily, but not all the time. usually am laid back.can anyone suggest what to take for the high blood pressure. my doctor thinks it is from anxiety and stress. thanks.

Please describe the stressful events which started this.

How is your confidence level ?

Do you like consolation ?

Are you a cautious person ?

How sympathetic are you ?

How caring and sacrificing are you for your family ?

sameer,
the stressful events which caused this were-
1. raised my nephew for 2 years from age 6 monthes to 2 years old, and thought we were going to adopt him but come to find out he was another mans child. so he was given to the father at age 2. we were heartbroken. and when i had him it was stressful due to child services people always visting, and wondering what was going to happen. i went through bad depression when he left. also, right after that i developed what felt like chronic fatigue syndrome. had no energy, laid in bed most of the time for 1.5 years. now i am alot better with energy. have normal fatigue i get with mvp.2. my confidense level could be better. 3.yes, i like consolation but not overdone.4.yes, i am very cautious.5.i am a sympathetic person.6i feel i am very caring and sacrificing to my family.so, all this is about the time my blood pressure started going up, when all this began. i am pretty much past the hurt, and am feeling alot better, but the blood pressure will not go down.
thanks for your help.

Are you very posessive of things or you share generously ?

In which weather/temperature you feel best ?

At what time of the day you feel best, and at wht time do you feel worst ?

Can you forgive easily ?

sameer,
to answer your questions,
1.i beleive i am very generous.
2.i feel best during warm weather, like spring time. but not too hot.like 75 degrees i feel good.
3.i feel best when i wake up till like 1:00pm. in the later afternoon i feel tired and not as good.
4.the forgive question is a hard one, because i feel like i can forgive, but it is hard if i am still being hurt by a situation or person. if i am not hurt by the person still or situation then i can forgive when the situation is past and not present.
hope this helps. thank you.

Do you have any food cravings or aversions ?

Any fears ?

Re: hypertensionFrom lavendar [Log on to view profile] on 2008-04-21
i don't feel like i have any food cravings. but i like salty foods, or i like to put salt on my food. but i use good salt like himalayan crystal salt. i used to crave sweets but have cut them out due to pre-diabetes. my fears are of being alone. like one day my husband dying.but he is still fairly young. also of not having any children since we have tried for like 15 years. i also have fears of more health issues.

Okay, then take 3 doses of Nat-m 30C equally spaced on a day. No eating/drinking for 1 hr on either side of the doses.

After this no more doses, just wait and watch for 1 week and then post back the changes you observe.

should i be taking my blood pressure after taking this for the one day? is this what you mean? thanks.

You should notice your general well being , like you might feel more relaxed or happy after you take the remedy.

BP will fall in line eventually. You should keep it under control with allopathic medicines till we hit the correct medicine. It is risky to leave the BP high while we are in the process of finding the remedy.
