case needs help
two men with different families married with 2 sisters both have gum bleeding, sisters have common teeth not correctly developed(shape) but donot suffer from gum bleeding. is it syphilitic miasm in the sisters which they they transferred to husbands.gum bleeding of both men have same symtoms.(reddness and seeing bloody saliva in the morning,no pain nothing irritating but bleeding and the redness is spreading. in addition both men also suffer from fatique type symptoms and they try lying down instead of standing or sitting errect. please help out the case. thankyou
