Egzema caused by Tuberculinum

Dear Doctors, I hope to get your views on my daughters case. She is 21. She visited a doctor for homeopathic treatment of her irregular periods, acne and anxiety. The doctor found her a Pulsatilla personality and prescribed 2 doses of Pulsatilla and Tuberculinum warning that some childhood problems may reapear. To our surprise after about a month she developed egzema on arms ( oposite elbows), on face - around the eys and on chin. As a baby she was alergic to cow's milk and had a very itchy egzema on arms , behind ears ( wet)and some on her face. After introducing goat's milk instead of cow's egzema had disappeared. The doctor said that this newly appeared egzema was a good sign and prescribed Graphites 9c . As it should be , egzema worsened but after about 3-4 weeks got much much better. However, after about 2 months it got back again with much more force. Now she has a very severe itching around the eyes , on the chin, neck and arms. The egzema is very dry. Nothing has changed regarding acne and anxiety . For about a month she has been using natural progesteron cream. Is it possible that progesteron cream worsened her egzema ? Should she continue with graphites? I would appreciate any idea.
