HELP-feel like Im stuck in a dream!

I am sick of feeing so out of it! I feel like I am in a dream, like there is something keeping me from feeling the world. like an invisible wall blocking me from feeling normal. i can see everything like it's there, but i can't feel it like i used to. i have felt this way for years but i am currently on Lexapro (SSRI) 5mg. it has been worse the past few days. I find that it does get worse a few days before my period but usualy subsides. I am at the end of my cycle and feel worse than I did all week. I recently started taking b-complex and fish oils to help. i have history of anxiety and panic attacks (very few though). but the problem is, I feel this way all day long. i feel unable to concentrate, my memory is fading and i am only 22. i feel exhausted most of the time as well. the lexapro has helped to calm my mind but my head is still foggy. i get nervous driving because i feel like i am just not there. i have researched like crazy about brain fog and generalized anxiety disorder. i want to be able to rest my mind and feel normal. this is no way to go through life. the way i feel is interfering with my life, my relationships, and my hope. Thanks for reading.

Ashley

1./) Do you have a history of warts ? i have had a few in the past.

2./) What are your temperature preferences ? i feel better in cold. i seem to have a problem with heat since this started.

3./) Describe your general temperament to me ...i can be moody sometimes. before on lexapro, i was very anxious, every little heartbeat or feeling inside me i though i was dying, racing thoughts, feeling likei was going crazy. still am afraid of this sometimes. symptoms feel worse in heat.

4./) How is your confidence level ? i am usually a confident person, but when i am feeling foggy or anxious, i am definitely anything but.

5./) Do you like consolation ? yes

6./) Also, can you correlate the start of this problem to any life event ? i moved into my own apartment, from my family. my mom died 2.5 years ago. i didn't feel this way after she died but i am feeling it now. my dad is now living with his girlfriend, which i was upset about (it is still hard). i think i almost had a breakdown because i feel like i lost any sense of home that i could go back to if i needed to. no more family all together (my brother moved too) and no room of my own at home, like all my friends have the comfort of. it has been very difficult because i was very close with my family and within 2 years i feel like i lost such a huge part of me.

7./) Any other peculiar symptom or habit you might have ? i have been lightheaded and dizzy sometimes, sensitive to light, mostly head symptoms.

8./) How are you with your family ? i talk to my dad everyday, but i miss my mom. we were best friends. it has been hard and i miss being around them a lot.

9.) How sympathetic are you towards others.. very, i always thought i was very sensitive and emotional, always putting others before myself. i have read a lot and books have told me that i am 'over sensitized'. so i feel everything that happens much more than other people. i always thought i just had a big heart, but apparently this is not a good thing!

Thanks Sameer.

Ashley, get yourself Argentum Nitricum 30C.

Just take a total of 3 doses at half hour intervals.

1 dose = 3 pellets dissolved in your mouth (Do not swallow).

No eating/drinking/brushing of teeth for 1 hour on either side of the dose.

Report status 3 days after these 3 doses.

Good luck,
Sameer.

is this safe to take even though i am taking an SSRI?

foggyhead last decade
It is extremely safe. Go ahead.

If you feel better , you can start tapering the SSRI down.

what do you mean by half hour intervals? take one dose say at 5 o'clock, next at 5:30, next at 6?
Will this help with my feelings of being stuck inside my own head and derealization?

foggyhead last decade
Your understanding is correct. Just 3 doses at 30 mins gap.

Yes, it should help.

hi ashley! my name is spencer. you're not alone, i have been feeling the exact same way as you for almost 5 years now! recently it has gotten worse and i feel like im going insane. im waiting for my insurance to kick in so i can go get a bunch of tests done, but for right now im sorry to say i dont have a good answer for you.

i was wondering if you tried that Argentum Nitricum 30C. if so, did it help?

Hi Spencer - I believe it is all anxiety related! I just went off my meds to see if it would help my head ( it has a little) but I just bought the remedy today, I will try it tonight and let you both know how I feel in a few days.

Sameer, I took the dose. I waited until I was off the Lexapro so I have since felt better. (not really anxious anymore) I've learned how to deal with it. the one thing that still bothers me and what the medicine didn't help is feeling like i am in a dream. This is the symptom that bothers me most. Any suggestions?

When did you take the Arg-n dose, and what are the improvements after the dose..?

sameervermani last decade
I took it before bed on 5/27. I have not noticed anything...

Hmm.. it seems you would need a nosode to move this case forward.

Even before giving Arg-N , the indications for the nosode were very strong , but I wanted to try a remedy because nosodes should be given only after the closest remedy has failed.

So, my advice would be to take just 1 dose of Medhorrinum 200C , and report back in 1 week.

what is the difference between a remedy and a nosode? I no longer feel i have to treat the anxiety, just the unreality feelings. also, the arg-n bottle said to take 5 as one dose. i folowed your insructions to take 3. should i try this again first? thanks so much

foggyhead last decade
Let me put it this way, miasmatic nosodes are also homeopathic remedies but they are used very differently. Their source is the particular disease whose supression results in the miasm under question.

Arg-n will not help, no matter how many doses you take .

The dosage written on the bottle is to help the company selling the medicine make money better :) and is not necessarily the best dosage for the patient. We never try more than a few doses of the same potency especially as there has been no benefit. Even if there was benefit , we would have not repeated the 30C potency. We would have gone to 200c once the benefit reached a plateau.

The feelings of 'unreality','being in a dream' , and 'crazy feeling in head' are KEYNOTES of Medhorrinum.

It's completely safe

im going to order it, but before i do - do u know what the odds are for it working? i don't want to throw away all that money especially since the last one did nothing for me. thanks

foggyhead last decade
no reply?

foggyhead last decade
I do not think spending 15$ on something which has good chances of working is 'throwing away' money.

I can give no guarantees though. But, your other post just confirms this remedy even more.

sameervermani last decade
I know but with shipping it costs me about 30$ and I am just frustrated with the way I feel I just hope it works! What do you think my other post has to do with this remedy? Thanks for also confirming that my gyno is nuts. haha Thanks Sameer

Molluscum contagiosum is very indicative of the miasm towards which Medorrhinum is targeted.

sameervermani last decade
Do you think it will also help with PMS? I usually feel intensity in mental symptoms at that time
