anexity and high pulse rate
i suffer from anexity when i visit doctor office.my pulse rate gets to 100 and my blood pressure rises to 180/90 when i check my blood pressure at home its 125/70 it has never been high.please suggest a solution i also get nervous when i give presentation etc.dr. mahfoz help or any one...singh49 on 2008-04-04

as per the patient, anxiety and nervousness is the core complaint.
i feel opium is indicated when a person faces a fierce situation or a shocking incident and the same always haunts him in sleep and wakefulness. he fears to go to the same place or repeat the activity.

Its to me fear(of failure or fear of standing in presentation) ingrained in him which causes nervousness and palpitation.
this is my personal view, however u can follow Rishmbas presription and see results,lyco works wonderfully.

the patient can try the one which suits him best in the generals.
GELSIMIUM can also be tried if OPIUM or LYCO fails.

please take LYCO 1M only one dose on a single day morning.
if you feel a difference in you in the next 48 to 72 hours, it means that its working.
wait and watch your progress and dont take any remedy if you are improving.
take only a repeat dose when the symptoms return.

So i have to take one dose only and repeat dose if the condition improves if I take one dose today than in how much time should i take the second one as the sysptoms are effective only when I am extemely nervous i.e in front of doctor on a routine checkup or exam results, PResentation etc.

cant say now. it may take one dose of 1M or 10M or more, depends on your system.
take a dose of 1M and then note if the nervousness reduces during the next visit to the doctor or while giving a presentation.
