allergic rhintis

as u know already im suffering from allergic rhinitis.i want give somemore details about my place&my course of medication
im staying in kuwait which is naturally a very hot&dry place.the climatic nature throughout the year is 6months-peak summer(50degC), 4Months (Mid Season) and another 2 Months- Peak Winter.
Iam suffering from Allergic Rhinities during both summer and spring seasons. During Winter im completely ok.
During summer ( iam using Centrallised Air conditioner at all times )i had frequent cold and resulted in nose block one side with or with out clear mucus, plugged ears(i dont have pain but one is not normal as the other),tooth ache (due to breathing through mouth bcuse of nose block) and chest pain at the middle, feeling very tired irregular sleep.
I consulted alopathy, but they asked me to go for steriod injection and they gave antihistine tablets, sparys. I avoided taking steriod becuse it gives many side effects. But i used suggested spray which gave me only temprorary relief.
Every summer i suffered very seviourly.
Finally i switched to homeopathy but still now there is no relief.
Kindly confirm the suggested medice suites for me?
