Back Pain and Arnica 30
HiI am having back pain since 1 year and tried lot of physiotherapies but didnt get any relief.
It is acute pain in the right side of the spinal chord. The pain is at 4 locations just above the hips, centre of the back and near neck and all in the right of spinal chord and near to it. When I sit idle then I do not feel pain but I feel stiffness and when I stretch because of the stiffness I feel this pain.
The X-rays doesn't show any problem with the spinal chord/disc and the doctor suggests that it is muscular pain and need to do some rest and the exercises.
Recently, I met homeopathy expert here and he suggested me to take Arnica30 (liquid). The dosage are 4 drops in half glass of water 3 times a day. After starting it I got some relief for 2 days but since 3rd day back pain has come up again and I am also having acute headache just above the right eye. I am not sure if this headache is because of wrong dosage ?? I am taking it since 6 days.
Pls suggest what shall I do ??

No it is not because of the injury. It is because of the sitting posture. I am a software engineer and sit whole day in front of the computer.

Hi patient,how you detect the pain is coming from spinal cord,spinal cord never exists in right or left side of the waist.Its remain in the spinal column of human being.Arnica can give you relief but it needs the history of injury.However you can try the following medicines.1.Rhus tox 30 2drops mixed with 30ml of pure drinking water take it half an hour b4 your breakfast.2.Ruta G 30 2drops prepare same like as 1 above and take b4 dinner.3.Calcarea fluorica 6x 4 tabs 3 times after breafast,lunch and dinner.Continue it for 2weeks and report your update here.Wishes you the best,malaker
