Plz help need

Hello doctors,
A problem with 4years baby girls 1. she has a white coated tongue.
2. she always carving for milk does not like to eat anything else.
3. she is not growing well too.
4. she also complain sometime pain in stomic.

for above symtoms I gave her bryonia 30, but it does not works.
plz help me..........

please give her Ant.Crud-30 twice a day ( 2 drops in little water per dose) and report after a week.
