i am not in a position to comment about Nat Phos as generally complete details of the patient are required before suggesting a homoeopathic remedy.
You may go through the following suggestions for easing out your problem.
If you take 4 tea-spoon-full of Amla Juice
and
4 tea-spoon-full of aloe vera Juice
at bed-time, there can be a great relief from constipation.
If constipation is more severe you may also take the above in the morning also (on empty stomach).
Aloe Vera Juice is made availbale by Divya Pharmacy at Rs.180 per litre. Others sell it at a much higher price.
You may reduce the quantity as your problem eases out.
A person suffering from constipation should eliminate patatoes from his diet. Similarly he should have liberal intake of green vegetable like spinach. Taking soup of long gourd will also help. He should also do yogasan and pranayam regularly.
Generally it is not advisable to take laxatives as it hinders absorption processes that take place in the large intestine. The suggestions made above do not strictly fall in the category of laxative though they work as laxative.

dear patient,
why you do not use Aspghool ( Husk) which is so safe and harmles and is helpful in most of the costipation cases.
