Ringing in left ear, buzzing in center of head

Hello, I am wondering if I can get some help please. I am a woman of 63. No High blood pressure or diabetes. recently had a physical and my test were normal. I do take .75mcg. of synthroid. For several months I have had ringing in my left ear which there is no wax build up. I have a buzzing towards the left and center of my head. When I shake it, I feel somewhat disoriented.

Thank you rishimba. I read on the forum board something similiar to my symptoms with the buzzing in the head. Dr. Kumar who answered the post suggested 30c of Arnica. I decided to try the same remedy. That is 4 pills in the morning 1 hour before anything such as brushing, food and drink. I have done this for 2 days and I do have relief. If this fails me,I will take the china 30c. Thank you again.
