Pitting on legs and ankles
My wife, 65 years, is experiencing swelling of legs and ankles. On pressing with fingers, it makes pits in the flesh which take long to recoil to normal shape. She also passes scanty urine.Please advise remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The symptoms are too short to prescribe a correct medicine. Describe his thirst condition, postural releif, any fever. keep the leg little elevated while sleeping and head down I mean without pillow.

Thanks for your response.
She is not diabetic.
Not much thirsty but feels dryness in the system, can only drink slightly sweetened water.
There is no significent difference on movement.
Lately she feels her digestion is sluggish, bowel movement slow.
Angry and weepy.
Feels like streching legs, alternatively keeps these folded while lying on her side.
Feels slight heat in urethra. Either not passing urine at all for quite sometme and on other times passing small quantity frequently.

Give ur mother Colchicum 3oc twice a day for a week.She has to avoid rice,fatty meals and milk products.can u get the following test reports:

No,this is Renal Function Test.I think her problem is linked with renal insufficiency which is effecting heart as well.

2. Urea - 32 mg
3. Creatinine - 1.1 mg
4. Uric Acid - 3.6 mg
5. Cholesterol - 194
I hope, you have now a better picture of her body chemistry and would be able to recommend suitable treatment. If still required, we shall also get RFT done.

1- Does she feel pain with urinary symptoms?(Before,during,after) 2-if yes write the nature of pain i.e,burning,stinging,etc?3-does she has rheumatic pains in joints?
4-What type of foods she strongly desire or dislike?
