Remedy to help 18 month old with speech?

My son is 18 months old and he is developing well. He is trying to say alot of words, but none are clear. It's almost as if he's talking another language. Is there a homeopathy remedy that would help with pronounciation of words? For a little more about my son. He is very light skin and hair, he had a big head as an infant, but now the body has caught up. He does not like milk and eggs. He likes sour fruits and spicy foods. He wakes up very early, around 5 o'clock every morning. He had reflux till 10 months old, he is now doing better. His stools are very soft and sometimes smell sour. He is a very smiling child even to strangers. Thank you for your suggestions.

you cant really expect an infant of 18 months to be coherent in his speech.
