Acid Refux
My patient suffering by Acid Reflux, 1) after dinner he feel pain in chest sometime he reported like heart attack,I didnot handle before that case.Dr.Abu Jafar on 2008-03-03

Without lift he doesnot go upstair,due to
(palpitation+pain),any kind of anxity,Till he have pain when wake up at night due to natrul call.medium health,one year before he stoped smoke,alopath doctors diagnos him coronary arteries disease(CAD),& Gastralgia.

Give him spigelia 3oc for emergency pains and in next visit ask him what type of sensation he feels along with the pain,i.e cold needls,direction of pain(upward or downward) etc.

My patient reply me that now he is better then before in account of total health,but a pain like corrosive gas ascending feeling in every night,he wake up on the bed,he feel better by nitromint spray under the tongue.

1)->from 12-2,oclock midnight,when wake for natrul call.
2)-> no thirst,no suffocation,only pain like something corrosive gas ascending along the chest,nitromint spray relived that ailments after use. carbo veg 30 thrice a day after meal is going on better in others ailments as for-- he is gating freshness,
bowel movements,energy etc.
