Puberty 11 years girl

Hi, 11 year old daughter going thru puberty for last 1.3 yrs. No periods yet. Is very irritable, sluggish, tendency to constipation with small PR bleeding and very tired. Should I (& her) put up with it as normal or is there a remedy to help her?

Puls is a good start, 30c once a day for three days and then wait to see the effect, or stop when there is an effect beforehand.
There are others like Causticum, Graphites, Kali Carb, Natrum Mur, Senecula, all of these are of equal weight. There are maybe fifty more that could help. Read up the Remedy Finder here to match her overall characteristics, not just these troubling symptoms.

I think it is nothing to worry about Periods.Periods start at 13 to 15 in cold countries while Asia or in other hot regions it starts at even 9 to 11 years. It alos depends upon heredity, general health, diet, etc. However,if she has other problems those must be treated aaccording to symptoms.
