HELP..migraines/oily skin/tinnitus

Hi, I'll try to keep this as short as possible for you. I am a 35yr old female and have suffered from migraines since I was a child, I get a migraine at least twice a week and every day for a good week or two around my period. I take zomig which works wonders but fear I am taking too many.(What triggers my migraines are lack of food/drink/sleep,hormones and stress...life in general then!) I also suffered from acne/whiteheads/oily skin for about 15yrs until I recently took a course of Roaccutane, all I can say about this drug is it worked wonders for my acne and my confidence. I've been off Roaccutane for a yr and the skin problems are returning. Getting stubborn whiteheads again and skin is more oily than ever before. To top all this off I have been suffering from tinnitus for approx 1yr now too. Aaagh

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi, take Natrum Mur, 200c once at night then again in the morning then wait, take nothing else, assess any affects. Report here after a week.
Regards.

Hi and thanks for the replies. My migraines are mostly right sided-always in my right eye and sometimes thru my face. I get very sensitive to light and noise, especially the kind of noise that comes from the back of a tv and i yawn constantly. If i didnt take the Zomig the nausea would get worse and I will only feel better once Ive vomited-usually after a number of hours. I do not know of any foods that trigger a migraine. I do not have monthly periods due to having the Mirena coil fitted but do suffer with the usual symptoms of mood swings, bloating, cravings, very irritable and, of course, the migraines. Thanks in advance for trying to help.

Hi, thanks for the advice so far. Sould you try one remedy at a time or can you mix and match them? Not sure what to take

There is a Remedy Finder on these pages, what helps you decide is that Hpathy covers your overall main characteristics, your thoughts and emotions, not just what physicly ails you, look up and see which one fits you closest. One remedy at a time should be taken, suppression and depression can result if the wrong one is taken over a prolonged period, or if you are a sensetive type to energy based medicines. Even if this happens it wears off quickly if you take no more of it.

Dear Misti,
A rightly choosen medicine definitely brings some change, wether it is a little aggravation or relief.U did not feel any change means that wasn't ur remedy.
