Hello Doctor,
34 yr old suffering from (i)Excess Phlegm--colorless, sticky...
(ii) Due to the same reason waking up in the morning difficult and lethargy prevails at bed. Once up, feel better by exercise.
Managing Allergic Rhinitis by Kitchen Remedies since 10 yrs. Paternal Grandpa had Asthma.
Since five yrs, avoiding these fruits Banana (big dotted one), Guava, Pineapple and grapes (cause sore throat).
Also, head bath must be a quick one, else phlegm is precipitated.
Cold foods aggravate the symptoms. Constriction restricted to upper resp.tract.
Better by having ajwain/pepper/cinnamon but these when taken regularly cause acidity.
Consuming soaked Fenugreek helps expectoration.
Is there any remedy for cutting down the phlegm? |

Thank You Sir,
Taking raw (Allium Sativa) Garlic cloves should help then.
Is there any specific advantage/difference in taking this in tincture form?
