Body Heated
Dear Sir,I am Pakistani. Changing the season in Pakistan(cold to hot) produce heat in my body during I can't walk outside. Can't do anything in which my power use. I feel heat wants to emit but my body resist. I feel thirsty. My body heated during sleep. If I take tea or any other hot thing even in my hand. My body heat start to rise. Sever Itching in body.To cool down my body. I put cold water on my body or undress my shirt an lay on cold earth.
