recurrent throat infection and upper tract respiratory infection

Dear Drs

A patient 7 years of age is having this problems from birth , with cough and cold . whenever
she take some sour or cold things , her throat gets inflamed and she has problems of gagging, phelgm in throat , cough and cold , coughing in night . Becoming suffocating when she coughs, After drinking milk or coffee, due to phelgm and irritation in throat , she coughs and vomits out with some sticky white phelgm. Unable to clear throat with phelgm
Is there any remedy which can be given for this problem

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Use Kali Bichrom 3oc two doses daily (morning and evening) for 4 days.Next, check her tonsils with a torch and describe their color and size,if u can.

I have never failed to cure the childern by using the following combination:

1. Kali Mur-6x
2. Ferr. Phos-6x

Please kindly advice doses , both salts are to be taken together or alternately also how long it takes to show the result

Also please advice , whether this treatment will cure the patient permanently or some other treatment is required later on
