problem under my feet

hi
i have some problem under my feet on my toe and most little behind my foot finger.
Its look like blister but its had hard surfie kind a white skin inside i have pain when i put wait on them one tow only one on the middle behind the finger i have few and they are not round they are little long little wide i dont know what it is it has hard white surfice no puss or any thisg just some thing inside i had these for four five months .please help me .thank you
