Depersonlization

Is there anyone that knows how to treat this.
It is beyond horrible. If feels like you are a walking dead person. NO light not joy and on top of is , you feel LIke your head is underwater every second of the day.
Any help would be a blessing.

hi there, I think that there must be something that triggered your state....if this is the case it will be usefull to know it, because its different if the desp. is after smoke something than i.e., doing those new therapies (?) based on hyperentilation.
