Emergency- Pneumonia, pleurisy,bacteremia

My grandma is in the hospital with Pneumonia,Pleurisy,and Bacteremia.She is around 65 years old.Smokes cigarettes her whole life.
She said one of her test came back and said she had the H-flu, what ever that means.She has been in the hospital for 7 days now.
Her symptoms are
1.Fever
2.vomiting
3.dehydrated
4.irregular heart beat
5.Weak
6.Shortness of breath
7.diarrhea
8.cold sores on lips,gums,nose
9.left side pain (pleurisy)
10.cant sleep do to pleurisy,tomuch pain to lay down or move too much.
She gets pain when she takes a deep breath or coughs.The pain is on her left side wher her breast is and under her breast where her ribs are.She is also starting to get pain in the middle of her kneck.She also says her lower back is starting to hurt where her kidneys are.
She says her pain on the left side feels like sharp pains along with burning.
I just talked to her tonight and i asked how she felt and she said the pain was constant but pain killers releived the pain some what and she feels weak and short of breath.
So far we are thinking Bryonia but we are not sure on the dose.We are waiting to hear back from our homeopath.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Need to know anything else just reply and i will reply to your reply.lol.Thanks

give some doses of PHOSPHORUS 30C some three doses everyday for 2 days and watch for 3 to 4 days.

if no result, go for 200C one dose everyday for some 5 days and then wait.

report after 15 days.
