Increase height

Hi there...

I'm 20 yrs old, 55 KGs, 5 ft. 7 in.

I recently started exercising to get healthier, and increase some muscular mass on my body.

I want to know whether theres any way to increase my height at the same time?

I wish to be 5 ft. 10 in. if possible...

Well... I'm as tall as my father, and a few inches taller than my mother. My younger sister is an inch smaller than me.

The average height of my other relatives is approximately same as mine.
