bad breath smell

my daughter has bad breath smell problem.i check her teeth is fine . but i notice her tough has white coat on it..no constipation her lips always look badly dry chopped..little heavy weight age 11.some times she has nose bleed.. but the main problem is bad breath she likes to eat rice alot and she is gaining alot of weight so
