Toddler sleep problems

I am a desperate mother of a 13 month old who hasn't slept through the night for months. I have tried most homeopathic combinations that are supposed to help her sleep, with little to no results. She tosses and turns all night long, is always hot, and - most recently - started screaming in her sleep, as if in terror, and has to be held and carried, but starts screaming again when I try to sit. She is also appearing to change her sleep cycle, and wants to stay awake at night. She's always been a good eater, good intestinal transit, but passes a lot of gas lately, and burps sour. She was delivered naturally, but forceps was used. Had night terrors right after birth, which gradually resolved with Stramonium. Difficult teether. Wants to be the center of attention all the time, and these days wants to be kissed a lot. I'm not sure what else should be relevant, but I would be greatly indebted to anyone who would help me find a direction, because I'm at the end of my strength...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
if you feel like loving and carresing the child because of her nature, you should give her PULSATILLA 30C one dose every morning for some days till you find a change in her sleep pattern..

on the other hand, if her nature is such that you feel irritated by her and want to scold her, the appropriate remedy is CHAMOMILLA 30C one dose every night before sleeping for some days till you find a change in her sleep pattern.

you decide which one she needs and get back after a week.

Thank you very much for your kind reply. This is an interesting perspective. We've been using Chamomilla for a long time, and while it helps with teething, it doesn't seem to have much effect on the quality of the sleep itself, which continues to be difficult (tossing, turning, tumbling, everything that you can imagine). I'll try Pulsatilla and keep you posted. have a good weekend!

if chamomilla is helping her, it would help her in her sleep as well.

which potency did you try..

go higher, and try one dose at night before she sleeps.

Grateful THANKS AND BLESSINGS for your kind advice. Pulsatilla appears to work wonderfully. She has been sleeping through the night, awakens at different times but for a short time and does not need attention to go back to sleep, is able to do so on her own, which never happened before. Feels more rested during the day, and subsequently sleeps less than before. I tried to see if, after changing her sleep habits, she would be able to sleep without the remedy, but she returned to her old ways. I started giving her Pulsatilla right away, and all is well. I am profoundly grateful and will remember this perspective in the future, because it proved most useful. Many thanks again.
