Irritable Bowl Symdrome

I am 40 years old suffering from Irritable Bowl Syndrome for the last 22 years. It all started 22 years ago with total black stool for 3 days .Then after that when I used to take food, there would be a terrible pain on the lower part of the stomach, and immediately I had to go to the toilet to relieve myself for 2 to 3 times. I used to pass loose stool and when the stomach used to become empty the pain used to subside.

I had shown to a number of allopathy doctors who at that point of time diagnosed as colitis and I took allopathy medicines without any improvement. Then around 10 years ago a colonoscopy and endroscopy was performed by a Gastroenterologist and nothing was found. Then it was diagnosed as Irritable Bowl syndrome as no disorder was found.
I am suffering from the same problem for the last 22 years with pain on the lower part of the abdomen after eating , and I have go immediately to the toilet to relieve myself. I also suffer from severe acidity, gas in the stomach , stress and tension. I also suffer from problem with the liver which was diagnosed by the allopathy doctors. I do not feel hungry and I am lean and thin with height of 5ft 9inches and weight of 64 kgs.

I also suffered from Left side plural effusion in the year 1994 and I took medicines for 9 months.
I am in marketing and cannot attend any parties or eat anything outside the office as I have to go to the toilet after eating food.

Another problem is that I am very susceptible to cold and also have a enlarged prostate.
At times there is a burning sensation in the urine.

Kindly advise what medicines I should take and what food I should take. In case of fever or any other problem, what medicines I should take or can I take allopathy medicines
