scrotal burning/pain
I have had this condition now for 4 years. When it first appeared it was very intense burning felt on scrotum and underside of penis towards the tip. A portion of the middle of my scrotum is always red. In the redened area of my scrotum the point at which the pubic hair emerges has a pimple like look to it. On examination the only thing I could see that was different was a small bump in the middle of the reddened area of my scrotum. Also where the irritation on my penis was also located a small bump. (skin colored) The only way to get any type of relief early on was to have no clothing touching the area. The pain in my gentials caused aching pain in thighs and legs. I have been to several doctors, had all the work ups done and have tried the anti-fungals, steriods etc. all to no evail. The burning is lessened but still always there, with 'flare ups' that are painful and cause my scrotum to become hot and make my thighs and legs to ache. The pain seems to be located directly in the center or middle of scrotum. The irritation on the penis is not as bad, but still there as well. I need your help to solve this constant burning feeling. what was exact health just prior to this current complaint (4 years ago)? what treatments u have around that time priro? and what were exact symptoms envolved? when (if ever) been treated for and sexual ills/veneral diseaes?

perfect health, work out regularly, no treatments prior to this happening. The only thing I can attribute it to would be having sex with a new girlfriend a week prior to this starting. But I had test done and the only thing that can back was HSV 1. I thought maybe the bumps were warts, but even if that was the case they shouldn't be causing this pain. If you have any suggestions I am all ears.
