kids Cold, cough, fever which is not going away

My 3 yr old son developed first cough, then cold and then fever four days back. here are the symptoms:
1. COUGH: Dry hacking chesty cough, kind of spasmodic, urge to hawk phelgum but i guess because of age not able to do so. Cough more prominent in night -specially when he gets up. (no vomit till now). I have tried Belladona, Bryonia, Ipecac, Drosera, BCNo6, and a homeo-formula called KOFFMED, but none seem to help.
2. COLD: Stuffy blocked nose in the night (breathing from mouth or heavy rapid breathing noise through blocked nose. Moderate discharge in the day. Discharge white. No sneezing. Have tried aconite (initially) and then kali bich, nux vomica and epiphegus.
3. Fever has been now for three continuous days - doesn't go down fully. Usually back and tmmy hot - while limbs and forehead not really hot.
Using paracetamol syrup to control the fever.
Also given gelsemium in night.
Also given influensium 1m.
4. constitutionally - likes to be in the room, lying down. Drinks water frequently in the night. Is not eating much (expected :-)
A slim playful boy, who gets angry easily. Likes sweet predominantly - but is not eating sweet since fever.
5. WEATHER: We are based in bangalore india - so night are cool windy, while days fairly warm
Kindly suggest some remedies. This is fourth time he is getting this kind of cold+cough+fever in the last two years - last time being about 6 months before.
