I do not see either Lachesis or Thuja from the above, which are predominantly anti-syphilitic and anti-sycotic anyway, and I see no evidence of either in your son's case. Thuja should also be used with great caution, as it is probably the deepest acting remedy in our entire materia medica, and not one which should be applied without very good indication.
Silicea would probably be the outstanding remedy here now, in view of the above further information, although I would still keep Phosphorus in mind.
