From last five months I have been suffering from congestion due to allergy problem. I concerened with some docs here and started taking Ars Alb 6c for some time, it helped me in giving my energy level back but never relieved congestion. So then I started on Ars Alb 30c as a weekely dose. Which also did nothing in releving congestion. So finally I took Ars Alb 200c 4 days ago. And since then I have had severe sinus infection... I am having this greenish discharge from my nose and throat. I cannot breath from nose at all and nose is constantly running. Whenever I blow, greenish discharge comes out. I am coughing too. I have sinus headaches too every now and then.
Please advice. Is this a positive thing or totallyaggrevation? do I need to antidote it with something? let me know. This is severe.

Aggravation last only for a day or two even in hypersensitive patients.

First of all, thank you to all the doc's for their suggestions.
I did take pulsatilla 200c y'day but there is no change as of yet. My headache(specially in both the temples area) seems to have increased. I will take one more dose tonight and report the change tomorrow.

Day 2- no change yet except that I am coughing more than usual and have a sore throat. I will take the 3rd dose tonight.

just thought I would update the changes. I took puls 200c for 6 days, its my 2nd day today w/o medication. I am doing much better than before. My sinus infection is almost gone, now I have greenish discharge only in the mornings after I wake up. And during the day its mostly whitish clear. I still have congestion and I am still coughing. The couging is productive type of couging with greenish discharge. My sense of smell and taste is also coming back.
Let me know what to do next. How long to wait before I start taking any other medicine for it to be completely gone. I am suffering from this congestion from last 5+ months and am looking fwd to be normal.

you can use kali sulph200x 4times. It follows well after pulsatilla |
