Suffering from AVN Necrosis in my left hip

Hello Dr.

i am 25 yr old. Suffering from AVN Necrosis for last 4 months. And for past one year i was under treatment because of myositis Disease. Now doctor's advice me to go for surgery. The Total hip replacement cost is in laks. which is very difficult for me to afford a huge sum. is there any treatment in homeopathic medicines. If so, how long it will take to cure and will there be total cure for this AVN necrosis. with out surgery. Plz do reply sir. i am in confused state. Don't know what to do for my future plan.
