Tight hamstrings, bedwetting , dandruff and gaining muscle weight

Hi,

My name is Nicolas and I am 17 years old. I eat natural foods from birth but I am hoping you can help me with these few symptoms.

I struggle with very tight hamstrings. What can I take to make them less tight. My other muscles seem to respond better but not the hamstrings.

I have been bedwetting since birth. I drink a consistent amount of water every day but after 6PM, I need to restrict. I don't feel the urine at night. My nervous system just shuts down and I don't feel it at night. Over my life, I found that my urinary system reacts with incontinence to corn syrup and to a lesser degree, white sugar and gluten. I have not been tested as allergic but I know I am very sensitive.

I have a huge dandruff issue. It has been there my whole life.

I am 6 FT 2 inches tall and weight 140 lbs. I would love to gain weight. I have a good appetite and eat plenty but I don't put on the pounds. I am working out with my father and little brother right now but still am so thin.

I have also struggled with sports asthma and I have too much earwax. I hate that!

I am looking forward to your response.

Respectfully,

Nicolas

I am taking:

Asthma:

Pulmpcort
singulair

Bedwetting:

polyethylene glycol

Family history:

The bedwetting seems to be common in the late teens for this in my father's family.

Kidney issues are also a problem and gaining weight is also a problem.

None of those seem to be a problem on my mother's side.

I took selenium capsules for the summer and it helped a lot this summer but right now I am not taking it and the dandruff is a huge problem.

Another thing is that I am so slow at doing things. That too runs in my Dad's family. I can't seem to do anything quickly and it makes everyone so mad.

That's it.

Thanks so much,
Nicolas

Can you please elaborate on this statement of yours ?

'Another thing is that I am so slow at doing things. That too runs in my Dad's family. I can't seem to do anything quickly and it makes everyone so mad.'

What is the dominant feeling here ? Please try to put your thoughts into words and give examples if possible.

I apologize for this.

This morning, when I got up, I was very sluggish. I couldn't seem to be able to be alert when I was working out with my Dad.

I am extremely slow with my school and take two or three times as long to do my homework than my sister. I am a good student but need so much time to process things.

I procrastinate so much because of my slow ways.

I don't want to be like this. I am a quick thinker but cannot do things fast ever.

Does this make sense?

Thank you,
Nicolas

Another thing I wanted to mention is my sleep pattern. I get very tired around 8-8:30 PM. If I can get past this time, then I will not be sleepy any longer.

When I sleep, I do not dream very much. I just sleep straight through until 5AM and then I get up.

I tend to get very mentally tired around 2PM. I cannot seem to be able to concentrate much past that time in anything.

It is very aggravating. My mother tells me I have always been this way.

Thank you,
Nic
