For heal spar or bone necrosis related ailments, Hecla lava 6x is best.

Also in my many cases Matchstick remedy also worked to resolved bone necrosis.

I add few more medicines for your kind information. which are very much tested.
1. cyclamen 30c( when the pains are in the soles of feet.
2. merc sol 1M ( especially compalining of morning aggravation)
Kafka reports that this is due to calcaneal bone sprain. some times due to friction of the bone, when the fluid in between the bone is less.
Kafka suggested high heel slippers to over come this friction.

The best way to get rid of heel spurs is to treat the total person by taking a complete case.

The complete resolution needs a series of remedies, based on the changed symptoms observed.

'This for that' treatments may at best palliate but won't cure.

Dear Dr.Dulce, can you brief some thing more about the cortizone shot 2x i mean two times, how you taken it.Thanks dr.Mazhar for your valuable information, cyclamen in potenzied dilution is highly effective in the pain of legs especially from the knee to sole of feet. For next Mr.Murthy its for your kind information that i have treated the patient as a totality symptom but the remedy failed to cure.Ledum Pal and Antim Crud in some cases were very useful but success rate is very poor. Here we have to think over the actual cause of the pain as for example one patient come to me after geting all type of treatment and medicines even steroid injection. While asking a simple question i asked him whether you had any penetration or cut in your heel,in reply he told me that 5 years ago while he was catching fish in a pond with hand moving in the pond at that time his heel slighly cut but never give any troubles even a long time. After 5 years from that time he has been feeling pain.He was a Cal Carb patient of muscular body. But i gave him silicea 200 in wet dosage, adviced to take once for 15 days.It was miracle that after ten days he faced a serious unbearble pain i looked the area,it was about to suppurate i gave him a blank dosage after 2days a piece of glass come out and the patient get relief permanently. So i tink we have to look over the cause also.Malaker

Yes. Dr.Haran

The causation ,if it can be ascertained is a valuable indication for prescription, and in fact maximum weightage is given to that in the hiearchy of symptoms, while analysing the totality of the case.

However, in my case the spurs are confirmed by X-ray. What I tried to do is to find out a medicine that covers the complaint of heel spurs with the attended modalities as well as some other problem in some other area totally unconnected to heel spurs.

If I have a flare up of mouth ulcers, I always looked for the remedy that has both the ulcers as well as heel spurs. As an example, Nitric acid covers both.

If I felt feverish in the evenings, even then I used to select a medicine that has the spurs, in this case Puls.

So, a medicine that covers the intervening acute problem as well as the chronic problem which presents itself along with the acute problem is most likely to help the chronic problem too.

I selected various medicines this way for about 2 years, and my mouth ulcers as well as the heel spur problem is cured once for all.

This is in fact what Dr.Luc suggests to be one of the ways in his books. I was not aware of his books at that time, but am pleasantly surprised that this method I used is endorsed by Dr.Luc too in his books.

Dear Dr Haran,
The 'cortisone shot' that Dulce59 wrote about is nothing but a 'Steroid Injection'. I am sure it will only suppress the problem to cause more serious problems later.
