general "aging" or environmental??
Hi I am 51 yo somewhat healthy female with diagnosis of multinodular goiter, intrauterine fibroids w/anemia, IBS,(hemorroid but no constipation); GERD, PUD, chronic sinus infections and a migraine sufferer, with a nasty little toenail fungus. I am a non smoking/drinking organic eating non exercising person who can't take much more of this. I will not take pharmaceutical drugs. I believe some of these problems are nutritional and environmentally based. I tend to be living in the past alot and can't forgive or get past old hurts. Very impatient. Fearful. I don't mind going out but would rather stay home. Where do I begin? thank you and blessings to all who come to my aid.innergie on 2007-11-13
