Oily Skin/Acne

Hi, I am a 24 year old male that suffers from acne and very oily skin on my face. I also have mild acne on my back. I am wondering if there is any treatment to reduce the oil production on my face, shrink the size of my pores, and get my acne under control

I exercise 5-7 times a week, both aerobic and lifting weights. I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day as well. I don't drink any soft drinks or eat fast food. Please can someone help?

NAT MUR has an oily / greasy face with some acne problems.

he drinks a lot of water but eats less.

he craves salt and is aggravated by consolation.

if you have some of these generals, you can try NAT MUR if silicea fails.

I do have these generals. What kind of a dose of Nat Mur should I try if the silicea fails?

Also, in regards to the silicea, what is the best time to take the dose? And is it best to take it without or without food?

both the remedies are best taken in the morning in empty stomach and clean mouth. do not take any food and water at least for one hour after that.

for nat mur, take it in the 200c potency once in 2 to 3 days and take for 2 weeks.

but as soon as you notice a change in the skin, for the better or worse, you can either stop it or take it once a week for some more weeks.

i just wanted to tell you again that the two remedies ar not to be taken in the same week.

take silicea and if that fails, you can start nat mur after some days.

I understand. Don't mix the remedies. Thanks. I will let you know the results.
