How are u I want to ask about two case

Case 1

Sinus Problem
Constipation
Stomach disorder
Extend of time with her wife

Brief history

Patient is 38 years of age with 2 child he was problem for long time he had a sinus problem his cough doesn’t came out it dissolve in the mouth and goes to stomach which make him congestion in chest, headache, he rely on cold food due to his stomach problem but his other symptoms of sinus and chest area symptoms became worse.

This sinus and cough problem make his voice like a little girl this is about 6 years back till to date.

I had given him nux vomica mother tincture he had tremendous relive in his stomach area but his other symptoms like sinus and cough are became worse. And extend beyond the limit.

Kindly help me out in this regards.

Case 2

My cousin is about 8 years of age and he is usually make bed wet in the night he is male.
Kindly also help me out to suggest the remedy.
