Benign CANINE urethral cysts

In 03/07 our Irish Wolfhound, 5.5 y/o, male dog had 2 benign urethral cysts (front and back) identified via ultrasound & aspirated; he was also neutered to stop contributing hormonal production.(prostate checked & not a factor) Well, it's 6.5 months later & SAME symptoms returning: v.frequent & weak/dribbling urinary stream & straining upon defecation. I'm starting him on Amoxicillin today but can't imagine going through the same diagnostic routes & expenses as last time, & do not want to subject him to SX at his age/breed. ANY homeopathic advice?? Huge thanks from MA.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try Arnica 30c twice a day for a week.
