Rattling in the chest - Toddle 3 years

My son is experiencing from a chronic stuffy nose for little more than a year now. The present problem is rattling in the chest. The boy is in a very very irritable mood.

Can any body suggest a remedy?

Thanks once again Faisal! Belladona worked well initially for a few days. His rattling cleared, stuffy nose gone and the boy was not irritable any more. But after a few weeks the irritability returned. Since the Belladona 6C did not work this time around, we gave him Belladona 30C. That has worked and ever since he never had his stuffy nose problem.
