Remedy for Buerger's Disease

My Father is suffering from Buerger;s Disease becuase of which veins in one of his legs are completely blocked and there is no blood supply to the foot. He has a wound on the foot and because there is no circulation, the wound is not healing up and it is growing very speedily. The cause for this disease is his habit of smoking for the last 30 years. Earlier also he underwent an operation in 2000 to bypass the affected vein and after that the wound was healed. But he did not quit smoking and the wound has opened up again. Please let me know if there is a medicine which can help in improving the blood circulation.

We had also taken an opinion from a Surgeon at AIIMS, Delhi. He had done a doppler test and he is of the opinion that the wound has greatly deteriorated and the case is very complicated. Already, the entire skin from the wound has come off and a white layer has been deposited on the wound. It has become really severe now. Therefore, an urgent help in this case is required.

Thanks
