Hello Dr Joe,

I have been operated for Deviated Nasal Septum in 1989.

Then again i was operated for Nasal Polyps using Laser Surgery in 1996.

After both the Surgeries, My problems have worsened. My Nose is very dry. I feel Breathless and tired throughoit the Day.

I also strongly feel that my Nose is not able to Filter and warm the Air properly, especially after my 2nd surgery. I do not feel the warmth after inhaling the air. The Functioning of the Nose has been affected after the Surgeries. This has been going on for the last more than 10 years.

I have read many of your columns. Kindly suggest a remedy for my Nose and Breathing.
