Acute Renal Failure - Please help

My father, aged 73 years, has been suffering from acute renal failure (ARF) since 1997. Immediately after detection, he underwent peritoneal dialysis and thereafter we consulted Dr. B N Chakraborty, the famous homeopath from Kolkata. He prescribed the following medicines:

Urea 30 – 5 drops 2 times a day
Eel Serum 30 – 5 drops 2 times a day.

He has been taking these two medicines religiously since then and got excellent result. Never had he undergone dialysis thereafter. He was taking low protein diet and restricted liquid intake as suggested by the doctors.

He was also taking ‘Terebinthia 30’ 5 drops occasionally as advised by a local homeopath in lieu of ‘Lasix 40’, the allopathic medicine.

However, in 2005, he started accumulating fluid in the left lung and diagnosed TB. He was treated in a city hospital by a renowned chest specialist for around a year. He was hospitalized and treated at ITU for more than a month, and was ventilated. After around 90 days of hospitalization he was released for home, though the related medicines continued for another 8 months. During the period of hospitalization, the homeopathic medicines were discontinued, but resumed immediately after his release from hospital. During the entire period, his kidney functioned almost normally and no dialysis was needed. His blood report was as under (Feb 07):

Urea – 67 mg/dl.
Creatinine – 2.7 mg/dl.
Sodium – 137 mEq/l.
Potassium – 4.2 mEq/l.

In March 2007, he again developed chest congestion because of acute infection (not TB) and was again treated by the same doctor. This time the situation became grave, and he was unconscious for around 10 days at ICU under ventilation. Homeopathic medicines, needless to say, were discontinued. His kidney developed problem and he underwent 3 hemo-dialysis in the state of unconsciousness. However, he recovered and after around 40 days of hospitalization, he was released from hospital and we could resume the homeo medicines again.

Unfortunately, back home his last 5 blood test reports are showing a rapid increase of blood urea and creatinine, despite regular intake of homeo medicines. Sodium and potassium reports are, however, normal. The present readings are as under:

Urea - 89 mg/dl. (increased from 75 in May 07)
Creatinine – 3.4 mg/dl. (increased from 3.2 in May 07)
Sodium – 135 mEq/l.
Potassium – 3.8 mEq/l.

He was a patient of hypertension earlier (since 1997 till almost 18 months back) but of late his blood pressure is well under control and is not taking any medicine for the purpose. It is 130 – 70 at the maximum. He is not diabetic. He is continuing low protein diet and daily fluid intake is also restricted. Urine output is near normal and is not feeling any uneasiness.

Please advise a medicine that would control his blood urea and creatinine. Unless this growth is arrested, he has to undergo regular dialysis as transplantation at this age and in the given state of health is out of question.
