Tinnitus

Please help. My homeopath indicated that I was a constitutional Calc phos, but have tinnitus, acne and psoriasis + fatigue as my main symptoms. Tinnitus is constant and driving me crazy--ringing high pitched that vibrates. Came on after bad bout of hayfever this summer. Remedy finder indicated strait Calc carb and I bought 6x and 30x. Any other remedy to try? What dose? How long before I know it's not working. Help!
