Prostate fluid secretion and pre-mature
I am 38 years old male, un-married, 68kg weight , I dont have any kind of disease like constipation, diabetics, blood pressure, no smoking and no- alcohol.I have been suffering in prostate fluid secretion, pre-mature ejaculation and impotence. Due to prostate fluid secretion I feel burning, irritation and pain around prostate gland and all around genital and sex organs. I feel like infection (Although I dont have infection in urine). According to Dr. my prostate is in normal size. And all test are cleared.
After release of stool and even watch any sexual scene in movie I also feel burning and irritation and then dribbling of white viscous fluid. Some time I cant even sit or sleep due to urging of frequent urination.
Please any Dr. prescribes me some remedies.

I have taken selenium-200 more than a week but doest give good result, I am still suffering in the same problems and some other as noted below:
Most of the time stay burning, irritation and pain internally around urinary and sexual organs. and also feel burning and irritation on thigh and under the feet even before and after the urination,
Burning and irritation after the release of stool and stay for several hours.
All the time think of urine remains in bladder or urethra.
Please suggest me some other remedies I am in deep touble. waiting for your reply.

pl give colour of the urine frequency in day time and night pl check any sediments in urine or any white powder passing with urine anus burns during stool or it is urinary organ are you taking too spicy food are you diabetic pl give complete detail your thirst salt sweet taste j k mohla

Urine frequency: in day 3 to 4 times, in night usually 2 times.
Sediments in urine: Not found.

Urinary organs burn: frequently (mostly around prostate and anus area)
Food taking: mild spicy
Thirst: drink 5 to 6 glass of water in a day
Appetite: less than normal

Scrotum / testis: drawn up while feeling burning and irritation, occasionally.

Hi Dr. JK. Mohla
I have taken cantharis 6 but i was not suitable for me. After that I have taken Berberies Vulg- 1X.
It is helping me lot in reduction of burning and irritation in genital and getting uniform flow of Urine. Now I am taking 1 dose (10 drops in half cup of water)every day for the last 1 week.
On the other hand I also have a problem of weak Erection and pre-mature ejaculation it was due to habit of masturbation , and occasionally feel sensation on the tip of penis please suggest me any remedy for that,
can I take lycopodium CM-200 or you recommend me any other and how much does ?
pl also tell me doses of Berberis Vulg. is it ok? which I am already taking or you suggest me.

I also suffered by prostatic fluid secretion. But it is not watery, it is dry and unseen, which pollute the cloth.
