I do smoke 3 - 4 Cigerattes a day and have Two 30ml drink.Have my Dinner at 2100 hrs ,have a glass of Milk and go to sleep by 2200 hrs.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Triphula for too long creates damage to entestinal walls.

Replace Triphula with Isab Gol.

Take chilled milk instead of hot milk.

Bed time take - Nux Vom 30. 4 pills at a time.

Let us see what happend after a week.

Sirs,
Thanks for your reply. I was taking Ashwagandha merely for tonic purposes - it is supposed to enhance energy and immune system functions. Just wanted to make sure that it has no long term side effects. Thanks for your help.
