Help!!!Severe Myopia and losing vision

I have severe myopia with -12D in left and -11D in my right eye.I also have astigmatism -4 Cylinder in right and -1.5 cylinder in left eye.Recently my vision has gone down to 20/25 on my left eye and 20/30 in my right eye with my glasses on. I am scared to death from the fear of getting blind.Is there any medicine to help me??
