aversion to eat - seeking help

my step daughter aged 20 years is timid.and very much home sick. she is very very thin.from child hood, she does not take enough food.if she takes more than one idly or dosa, she vomits it immediately. she is hungry but not able to eat.pl suggest a remedy.

Hi try to give her fresh orange skin becouse bitter is good to activate appetite and try to give some suger cane jouise if no improment then i can suggest a remedy.
