Want to grow 10 more inches taller PLZ HELP!
hello i'm 18 years old and this month i'm gonna turn 19 and i wanna grow 10 inches taller than my current height.... i'm 5'6 and i wanna be 6'4 or if possible 6'7. i weigh 80kg i also want to lose weight! so kindly suggest some exercises or any medicine for me to increase my height and to lose weight!PLZ PLZ PLZ!LongLife on 2007-07-11

You have to learn to love yourself just the way you are. If you don't learn this, you will casue yourself more mental, physical and spiritual problems. Be proud of what unique personality traits and talents you have and use them to help others. This will keep you healthy and HAPPY for the rest of your life. God made you perfect as you are. Trust this and don't question the wisdom of the Universe. Give it up and relax, surrender your self to the Universe. You are loved, now learn to love yourself :-)
