quiestion taking doses too often- neutralizing?

i took 30C of Silicea once 4 days ago. i felt the effect was working but rather slowly. i realize now i didn't give it enough time. i took another dose yesterday. now the effect seems to have slowed. one indication is mild constipation. did i neutralize it or is it just causing aggravation? i am stopping it for now. when and if should i resume it again?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The repetetion of the same potency, while the previous dose is acting will slow down the rate of cure.

Silecia acts for a few weeks, when left undisturbed.

The repetetion is required, only when the progress comes to a stand still, and the same set of symptoms return unchanged.

Progressive amelioration however small it may be, contraindicates the repetetion of the remedy.

thank you. much info out there about this particular instance is unclear and sometimes confusing, therefore i wanted some general clafication.
so, if i understand correctly, once this slight worsening, or slowing down of working passes, the remedy should shortly resume back to being effective?

Yes.Wait it out. Don't take any medicines further till atleast one week and come back.

It's been one week and am checking back in. So far, feeling much better. I should mention i took Silicea as a following to Graphites, giving a few weeks in between. I began the regimen primarily to help with nail fungus, as well as other symptoms matching well with Graphites such as feeling lethargic and some hair loss over past several years.
For now, i feel like i should continue to not take anything and let the Silicea continue working, as i've read it can work up to 3 weeks or so. Is this correct?
For the nail fungus, improvement seems to be moving slow, though i still want to not taking anything more for now.

let me also add that i still have some adominal distress(feeling bloated), some pain in lower back on both sides, feeling lethargic, mild anxiousness of the mind and much indecisiveness. this was all increased very much last week after taking Silicea. I thought perhaps this is an indication of a bad choice.
Out of curiosity, i did the Remedy Finder here on the site using the symptoms i mentioned and it came up with Lycopodium. This is said to be complementary along with Graphites. I do have or plan to take Lycopodium but did wonder if this may be needed in the near future.

Murthy,

Hello again. It has been a while. Long story short, i am not looking to take any more remedies but feel that Silicea was the wrong remedy for me. I experienced a bad sinus infection recently and out of desperation, took antibiotics. That has passes. A week or two after finishing them, with them likely still in my body, i began having digestive problems such as diarrhea and some weight loss.
I am now feeling better but during all this, found that the multivitamins i have been taking for years seemed to cause diarrhea. They are from GNC(and do contain 10mg of Silica Dioxide). I stopped taking them a few weeks ago and haven't since.
All in all, can anything be made of this? Could the Silicea still be effecting me and i have been experiencing some 'proving'? Seems that only those two doses wouldn't do it but it's lingering in my mind as some of the symptoms i am having appear to be what Silicea is typically used to cure.

Correction, the vitamins contain only 4mg of Silica. I though perhaps it could be relevant in some way.

Don't worry. Stop taking those vitamin tablets. They are useless.

A balanced diet will take care of every thing needed.

Lwt us know your present symptoms in detail, for further guidance.
